Ordering & Checkout
Can I change or cancel my order?
Maybe. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Send us a message at hello@paired.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We can’t make changes once your package is on the way, but we’ll always work with you on the next steps.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift note option?
Not yet, but we're working on it! In the meantime, our products already look pretty great on their own. If you’re sending a gift, we suggest shipping it directly to them and maybe following up with a flirty text.
What if I forgot to enter my promo code?
It happens. If you placed your order and forgot to apply a valid code, reach out to us at hello@paired.com with your order number. We’ll see what we can do. Just promise us you won’t feel too guilty—we’ve all been there.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check the status in your order confirmation email. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder (just in case) or email us at hello@paired.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not just yet! We’re currently shipping within the U.S. We know love is global (and so are our users), so we hope to expand soon. Sign up for emails and we’ll let you know the moment we start shipping your way.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it—what do I do?
Sometimes packages get a little too confident and mark themselves “delivered” before they actually are.
- First, check around your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.
- Still missing? Wait 24 hours, then reach out to us at hello@paired.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can select at checkout that covers your order if it’s lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery.
If something happens to your package, just contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery issue—we’ll help you file a quick claim and send a replacement or refund once it’s approved.
It’s a small fee for big peace of mind—and the best way to make sure your order is fully protected from the moment it ships until it’s in your hands.

What’s your shipping & refund policy?
You can find our full Shipping & Refund Exchange Policy here. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging, and we’re always happy to help if something arrives damaged or missing.
Can I buy your product in a retail store?
Not yet—but we’re flattered you asked! If you’re a retailer interested in carrying Paired products, drop us a message. We’d love to chat.
I’m an influencer/content creator—do you have a partnership program?
We sure do. Send us a DM or email us at hello@paired.com with links to your content. We love working with creators who help couples laugh, learn, and love a little better.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you run a store or are interested in bulk purchasing, send us a note at hello@paired.com. We’d be happy to share wholesale info.
How can I change the email address or personal details on my account?
Shoot us an email at hello@paired.com with your old info and the updates you’d like to make. We’ll take care of it quickly—no need to jump through hoops.
How do I request to have my contact information deleted?
Just email us at hello@paired.com with your request and we’ll make it happen. No drama, no hard feelings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you can tap it, swipe it, or click it—we probably take it.
How are the physical conversation prompts different from the Paired app?
Great question. Think of it like this:
- The app is perfect for taking turns, answering thoughtfully, and checking in when you have a little space.
- The decks are all about real-time, in-person connection—great for dinner, bedtime, road trips, or anytime you want to ditch the screen and talk face-to-face.
